Changing Python Version in Anaconda

python --version

Use the latest Anaconda installer
Update your Python version using the latest Anaconda installer. It is a graphical installer.

In the Anaconda command prompt, use conda createthe command
If you want to install a new version of Python in a specific environment, you can use conda createthe command.
conda create -n <my_environment> python=<new_version>
Here is another approach you can follow.
conda create -n an_env python=3.5
After publishing, you need to activate the environment using the following command.
conda activate <my_environment>
You can also issue commands in the following ways.
conda activate an_env
In the Anaconda command prompt, use conda updatethe command
